Decisions inspired by rough emotions may cause serious damages to a company. That company may lose market position, reputation or money when defending "our right" from "their wrong" without recognizing the existence of potential win-win situations.

Courts and judges are overburdened with work and by the time the case is won, it may become a moral victory only since the cash cannot be recovered anymore.

Our mediators are there to help you to preserve good relationship with your partners by finding a mutually suitable solution during mediation sessions instead of entering into a time consuming legal process. A mediator is neither an advisor nor a judge. Its sole function is mediation but the mutually developed agreement is binding on the involved parties (of course such a solution doesn`t exclude the possibility of going to court later on).

The right to mediation is granted by law.
