Gabriella Erdős

Gabriella is a Managing Partner of TaxMind Kft. with primary focus devoted to our international clients. She spent 12 years as a Senior Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Hungary and 8 years at KPMG Hungary/ Netherlands in similar positions.

A registered tax advisor, accountant and mediator, Gabriella has more than 30 years experience as a tax expert including five years spent in the Netherlands and several years of accounting experience in industry and with the Hungarian Tax Authorities. During her career, Gabriella has advised mostly multinational groups and their shareholders. Her areas of specialization include direct taxes, international tax planning and restructuring, EU tax law, treaty law, and investment tax advice. She is the author of several books and publications. No references to projects under previous employment have been provided for confidentiality reasons

Veronika Hunyad-Szűts

Veronika is a Managing Partner of TaxMind Kft. responsible for our Hungarian clients. She spent 11 years as the Finance Director of the PwC group and its predecessors in Hungary. Prior to accepting that position, Veronika managed her own audit, tax advisory and management consulting firm which employed about 50 people.

Veronika is a registered forensic expert, chartered accountant (hungarian and IFRS) and management consulting expert (system development and process reorganization). She has more than 30 years of experience in finance, tax, accounting and consulting. Her areas of specialization include taxation, due diligence, system development and crisis management.
